The Wrong Dungeon_11.29.25v2
Just a few things:
-I've been tweaking/messing around with how the enemies move away from each other when they collide, it's sort of a tough problem that doesn't have any perfect or easy solutions, so right now my strategy is essentially to make them randomly move to one of 28 points on the map (various empty spots where things spawn) at their walk speed times .4-.8 for 15-25 frames. It seems to work pretty well, before I had their speeds & timers unrandomized, so I think that change helped them not get stuck behind each other as much, or worse; when they get stuck together and sort of carry each other away from you awkwardly. I think I'll probably keep fixing it a bit but I think this change improved it a pretty decent amount for very little work.
*Edit: Tried something random, which was to make them just move towards the player instead half the time instead of a random spot, and increase the amount they spent moving away every time they collided to 15-35. This seemed to help a pretty big amount since melee enemies especially don't get stuck on each other anymore.
-Made the key finding line only show up once every two minutes rather than every minute, it felt like a bit too much that way.
