The Wrong Dungeon_11.29.25


Really just ascetic changes for this one, since after playtesting it a lot myself things started to feel a bit stale:

-I added in 19 new props, 12 of them are in the 32x size and 7 are 64x/48x, all of which I added to the random prop generating that goes on for those sized sets, but I haven't made any larger sets using them yet. I'm probably going to make at least a few more large prop sets for the first level type, but I might try finding/recoloring some more larger props before that.

-I also added about 11 of what I've always called in my head "Walkables", which are just very small props your character can walk on. These have their own random generation spots on the levels as well, so I've cut down on how often the 32x/64x prop sets spawn so the floor doesn't seem too insanely cluttered. I think these help make the floor feel a lot less empty in spots without making everything feel choked up with too many props.

-I also added a bit more to the walls since I felt like they were still a bit empty and bland, especially in a few spots. I might add even more since I still feel like they're a bit boring sometimes.


Still have a ton more too add but I think it was good I took a break from gameplay balancing for a bit since it was starting to make my brain melt haha.
