The Wrong Dungeon_11.25.25


-Finally added in an enemy that deals magic damage, the ghost, who right now works almost identically the archer but with different stats, and obviously deals magic damage instead of physical. I'm planning on trying to rework the enemies a little bit so they have more varying attacks, if nothing else that's something I'd want to do for a lot of the magic based enemies.

-Added another chest to each level instead of a heart, so now there are two to get on every floor. Still ironing out the best way to do all that but the overall idea for the system I still really like.

-Took out dodge speed as something that can be modified by pickups/roguelike stuff/equipment, to make it like block strength. Right now I'm having the same issue with it as move speed, the sprites run into issues if they're not moving at a speed without any decimals, i.e 2, 3, 4 etc. Hopefully I can figure out a way to work these back in later.

-Did a bunch of nerfing and changing to the equipment, mostly lowering how much max stamina and mana they gave you since I felt like it was a bit too much. Also renamed the mystical magic mitts because that wasn't that good haha.

-Nerfed the wizard again slightly, arcane shot now costs a bit more mana. I did buff his attack size though, making it a decent bit larger and have a bit more reach. I've been considering putting attack size/area as a variable as well on the character select screen/as a roguelike pickups or equipment change etc.

Still ironing out & balancing some things, but it's all still going pretty well! I might try adding in a bit more props or rooms again now as well just to see how that goes.
