The Wrong Dungeon_11.20.25v2


The issue with maps/rooms not resetting has been totally fixed!.. It turns out the room_duplicate function in gamemaker would've saved me a couple days worth of programming and headache about a week ago, but hey, we're here and it works perfectly whether you die or complete any rooms any number of times; theoretically the game should work infinitely now with enemies just progressively getting harder as you go, barring their speeds which I'm limiting now because I also have to limit the character speed. You do now run the very small risk of running into the same room/level layout twice in a row or just very close together, since it just randomly selects from the pool of twelve of them- I'll probably add some sort of fix to that if it ends up seeming like an issue, but right now I'm hoping just having a lot of level/room layouts will fix that.

There's also a small glitch where the game crashes if you hit 'Give Up' during a few frames of an arrow hitting you, I have no idea why this happens and it only rarely does, honestly it's pretty low on my list of priorities haha.
